Many thanks to Ex-International Wales prop John Yapp for coming back to his home club last night and giving the boys a great scrummaging session as they prepare for the new season. Johns experience at the top level of the game, with his twenty one caps for his country was gratefully received by the coaches and players. Even if there are a few aching bodies today!
