Our Under 13’s journeyed away today to St Josephs. Due to the lack of numbers this year St josephs only had enough to play 11 an side game.

Not sure what was in the air today but our team came out fighting and by half time it was 43-0 with 2 tries from Zak, 2 from Dylan, Kerion and one for Rees and new guy Dan. Conversions that half came from Zak, Gethin, Liam and maison. Had a chat with the ref halftime to decide whether to carry on when we got to 50 points so we decided to start the second half 0-0 St joes came back fighting this half but our boys stayed strong and the half ended 40-12 with tries from Zak(2) Abbie, Maison, Kerion (2) and conversions from Robson, Liam, Gethin and Maison. Today the boys showed that by playing simple rugby you can achieve great things. Massive confidence boost for our kids today and hopefully they’ll take that into next weeks game.
