In preparation for the 2021/22 season Llantwit Major RFC are looking to expand their volunteer workforce. The club currently run 13 teams from senior first XV down to Under 7’s and operate due to the goodwill of the 40+ volunteer workforce. From coaches, team managers, first aiders and more specifically roles involved in the development and administration of club affairs we are always looking for enthusiastic people who want to help within the club. We currently have volunteer roles available both within specific junior age groups and more importantly within the development of our volunteer cohort. All volunteers would be assisted within their roles and be provided with training where required.

Positions currently available:

Club Volunteer Co-ordinator

The Club Volunteer Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and helping to develop our volunteer workforce. As well as answering recruitment queries and leading recruitment drives, you will ensure that current volunteers are satisfied and want to continue to volunteer.

Under 8’s (2021/22 season)

Team Manager – you will be responsible for managing an helping to facilitate communication for the age group, especially in relation to training, matches and any club updates.
